How to Reset Outlook View to Default in 3 Steps

Follow the below steps to restore the outlook view to its default layout:

  1. Open the Outlook application.
  2. Click on the “View” option on the top bar.
  3. Click the “Reset View” button.
  4. Press the “Yes” button.

Firstly, launch the Outlook application. If it is pinned to your taskbar, click on it. Otherwise, search for “Outlook” in the Start menu and click on the appropriate result.

Once the Outlook application opens, navigate to the “View” tab on the top ribbon menu. This tab is where you can customize Outlook’s views and other layout options.

Under the view tab, click the “Reset View” button in the “Current View” section.
