Microsoft just released yet another Windows update, this time for Fall Creators Update users. Yes, this is middle of the month and not patch Tuesday but that doesn’t stop Microsoft from releasing updates. The new update brings several improvements and fixes.
After installing the update, the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update (v1709) build number is bumped up to 16299.461.

Install KB4103714 Update on Windows 10
Typically, you can install KB4103714 update directly from the Windows Update page within the Settings app. Just go to “Update and Security > Windows Update” and click “Check for updates.”
But, as soon as you click the button, Windows 10 will download the April 2018 update. If you don’t want that then I recommend you to download KB4103714 from Microsoft Update Catalog and install it manually. It is better that way, you can avoid April 2018 update until you are ready.
