This is one of the most known and easy-to-use ways to shut down Windows 11. All you have to do is press the keyboard shortcut, choose the “Shut down” option, and you are good to go. Here is how to do it.
First, close all the applications and make sure you are on the Windows 11 desktop.
Next, press the “Alt + F4” shortcut on your keyboard.
This action will open the “Shut down Windows” window. Choose “Shut down” from the dropdown menu and click the “Ok” button.

Shut down from the lock screen

Shut down from Ctrl + Alt + Del screen
If the system is frozen or an app is misbehaving, you can shut down Windows 11 from the Ctrl + Alt + Del screen. Let me show you how.
