Hello – I updated with Windows 11 last night – No longer able to use fingerprint to sign in – I went to Settings – Account – Fingerprint Recognition (Windows Hello) – But then it says unavailable, because it cannot find a fingerprint scanner compatible with Windows Hello Fingerprint – A fingerprint scanner exists in my Lenovo laptop, for I used it with Windows 10 – How can I make the fingerprint scanner in my laptop compatible with Windows Hello Fingerprint?

You need to install supported drivers to make Windows 11 recognize the fingerprint hardware. Generally, you can get those drivers from the manufacturer’s website.
