How to Open, Add, or Remove Quick Settings in Windows 11

Quick Settings allows you to turn on or off system settings with a single click. Here is how to open, add or remove Quick Settings Windows 11.

Though it looks similar to Windows 10, the Taskbar in Windows 11 changed a lot. For one, the Taskbar icons are centered. In addition to that, Microsoft also removed the Taskbar right-click flyout menu. This means you may not be able to open the Task Manager or access system icon settings from the Taskbar itself. That being said, Microsoft also made a lot of welcome improvements to the Notification Center and Quick Settings panel.

For one, both the Notification Center and Quick Settings are no longer in the same panel. They are divided into two separate sections. This reduces the confusion among Windows users. Remember how the Notification Center and Action Center are used interchangeably in Windows 10? That’s no longer the case. Moreover, the new Quick Settings panel is much more user-friendly and looks good too.

With all these changes, for many users, it is unclear how to open the Quick Settings panel and add or remove Quick Settings buttons in Windows 11. The good thing is, it is pretty easy to do.

This quick and straightforward Windows 11 guide lets me show you how to open, add, or remove Quick Settings in Windows 11.
