These latest cumulative updates fix several miscellaneous security vulnerabilities and keep your system up-to-date in terms of security. Specifically, these update fixes security vulnerabilities in several parts of Windows, such as .NET Core, Bluetooth driver, MS Office, Printer drivers, Windows DNS, Windows error reporting, Kernal, Lock screen, Active Directory, etc.
When it comes to general bug fixes and improvements, it includes but is not limited to the taskbar’s search bar general improvement such that it shows the search results instantly. i.e., as you type, changes to Notepad’s combo box, fixes for PowerPoint where it stops responding in certain situations and configurations (such as when trying to use accessibility tools), USB printer, etc.
All in all, this update is pretty busy, and since it contains security fixes for your computer, Microsoft recommends that you install the update to keep your computer safe and secure. The update should be installed automatically on most computers thanks to Automatic Windows Update.
