Detailed Steps (With Screenshots)
Unlike on regular phones, Link to Windows is not a separate app on Samsung. Instead, it is integrated and available for connected devices. So, the first thing to do is open Settings. To do that, bring down the Notification shade and tap the “Settings” icon. You can also tap the “Settings” icon in the app drawer.

In Settings, find and tap on the “Connected devices” option.

Now, tap on the “Link to Windows” option. Do NOT tap on the toggle. It will toggle the feature on/off.

On this screen, find the Windows 11 device you want to remove and tap the “Settings” (gear) icon in the top-right corner of the card.

Now, tap the “Remove” option at the top.

The above action shows a confirmation dialog. Tap the “Remove” button again to continue.

That is all. With that, you’ve successfully removed a Windows 11 device from Link to Windows on the Samsung Android phone. If you have more to remove, follow the same steps.
