- Open “Settings” using “Windows key + I”.
- Go to the “Personalization” tab on the sidebar.
- Click the “Lock screen” option.
- Scroll down and turn OFF the “Show the lock screen background picture on the sign-in screen” toggle.
- With that, you’ve removed the lock screen background on the sign-in screen.
