- First, right-click on the Meet Now icon on the taskbar.
- Select the “Hide” option.
- The meet now icon is hidden instantly.
Disable meet now icon from taskbar settings
The Meet Now icon can also be toggled off from the taskbar settings page. Here’s how.
1. First, right-click on empty space on the taskbar.
2. Select the “Taskbar settings” option from the list.
3. Click on the “Turn system icons on or off” link under the “Notification area” section.
4. Now, find the Meet Now option and turn it OFF.
5. Close the Settings app.
As soon as you turn off the option, the meet now icon will disappear from the taskbar’s system tray.
