- Select “Settings“.
- Go to the “Performance” tab on the sidebar.
- Turn ON the “Memory Saver” toggle.
- Select “Balanced“, “Moderate“, or “Maximum” option depending on how aggressive you want the Chrome memory saver feature to work.
- With that, you’ve enabled memory saver in Chrome.
Turn OFF Memory Saver in Google Chrome
If the memory saver feature is causing problems by unnecessarily deactivating tabs, you can disable it just as easily. Here’s how.
