- Click on “Accounts” on the sidebar.
- Choose the “Sign-in Options” option.
- Click on the “PIN (Windows Hello).”
- Click the “I forgot my PIN” link.
- Press “Continue” in the “Are you sure?” window.
- Follow the wizard and complete the sign-in process.
- When prompted, type the new PIN twice.
