How to Enable or Disable Spatial Sound in Windows 11

Spatial Sound makes your audio listening experience immersive. Here’s how to quickly enable or disable Spatial Sound in Windows 11.

Most don’t know this, but Windows 11 includes a pretty neat feature called Spatial Sound that makes your audio listening experience much more immersive. It makes the audio feel like it’s coming from all around you, rather than just the left and right speakers. The Spatial Sound feature is especially useful for gaming or an immersive movie experience.

The good thing, just like the audio enhancements feature, is that enabling Spatial Sound in Windows 11 is pretty easy. If needed, you can also just as easily disable the Spatial Sound feature. You can do it via the Settings app or Control Panel. In this quick guide, I will show you the two methods. Follow whichever one you find easier. Let’s get started.
