Add or Remove ‘Print’ from the Right-Click Menu in Windows Using Settings
First, open Settings using the “Windows key + I” shortcut. Once it opens, go to the “Personalization” tab on the left sidebar, and then click the “Context menu” option on the right panel.
On this page, do the following to add or remove the “Print” option.
- Turn ON the Print toggle: Adds the “Print” option to the context menu.
- Turn OFF the Print toggle: Removes the “Print” option from the context menu.

Add or Remove ‘Print’ from the Right-Click Menu in Windows Using Registry Editor
In addition to the Settings app, you can also modify a single registry value to show or hide the Print option in the right-click context menu. Here’s how.
Open the Run dialog box by pressing the “Windows key + R” shortcut. Next, type “regedit“, and click “OK” to open the Windows Registry Editor. Once it opens, go to the following folder:

Now, right-click the “Print” folder and select “New“, then “DWORD (32-bit) Value“. Name the new value “Enabled“.
After creating the value, double-click the “Enabled” value and change its “Value Data” as follows, then click “OK” to save the change.
- Remove the ‘Print‘ option from the context menu: Set the Value Data to “0“.
- Add the ‘Print‘ option to the context menu: Set the Value Data to “1“.
