- From now on, the Nvidia Settings tray icon will not appear on the taskbar.

Unlike other taskbar icons, which can be hidden using the “Taskbar Settings” page in the Windows 11 Settings app, you have to modify the Nvidia Settings options. It is pretty easy to do.
First, find and double-click the “Nvidia Settings” app icon on the taskbar. If you don’t see it, click the little up arrow icon to show all icons from the overflow menu.
Once the Nvidia Settings window opens, click the “Desktop” option on the top bar and then select the “Show notification tray icon” option.
