- Get and install Rufus in Windows.
- Open the Rufus application.
- Choose “Download” from the dropdown menu in the “Boot Selection” section.
- Select “Windows 11” from the dropdown menu.
- Press the “Continue” button.
- Select “22H2” from the “Release” dropdown.
- Press “Continue.”
- Choose “Windows 11 Home/Pro/Edu” from the Edition dropdown.
- Press “Continue.”
- Choose a language and press “Continue.”
- Select “x64” from the dropdown menu.

You can download Windows 11 22H2 ISO with all the latest cumulative updates using the UUP dump service. That way, you don’t have to install any more updates after installing Windows 11 22H2. Here is how to get Windows 11 22H2 ISO that includes all the latest cumulative updates.
Go to the UUP dump website, find the “Windows 11, version 22H2 (22621.521)” update, and click on it.

Select the language of your choice from the dropdown menu and press “Next” to continue.
Choose the Windows 11 editions you’d like to include in the ISO. For me, Windows 11 Pro is enough. So, I selected the “Windows Pro” checkbox. Press “Next” to continue.
Select the “Download and convert to ISO” and “Include updates (Windows convert only)” checkbox. Press the “Create download package.”
The above action will download a custom zip package. Extract the zip file to a folder and open it.
Next, right-click in the extracted folder and choose the “Open in terminal” option.
Next, execute the .\uup_download_windows.cmd command.
As soon as you execute the command, the UUP dump command starts downloading Windows 11 22H2 ISO. Since we are also downloading all the available updates, the total download will take some time to complete depending on your internet speed.
Once the download is completed, the UUP dump command will save the ISO file to the root of the extracted folder.
