Since all three versions are the same with minor only differences, the same update is available for all three version users. Since this is only a security update, you don’t have to worry about any other additional fixes that can mess with your system. That being said, if the security update requires any additional updates as part of its dependency, it might automatically download a install them. However, these updates generally don’t cause any prompt. As such, I strongly recommend you to install the update as soon as possible to make sure your Windows 10 computer is fully patched.
