Microsoft just released an optional cumulative update for both Windows 10 v1909 and v1903 editions. Being an optional update, you don’t have to install it right away. Generally, I recommend you wait a week or so to install the update. That way, even if the update has bugs in it, they will be ironed out in time.
Like most optional updates, KB4541335 comes with a lot of fixes and improvements. Notably, fixes for performance issues with DRM protected content, roaming profiles, Your Phone app, time zone issues, VPN issues, etc. You can download the KB4541335 update offline installer using the download links given below.
