Cumulative update KB4540673 is here for both Windows 10 v1903 and v1909. Here are direct download links for offline installers.
Like almost every patch Tuesday, Microsoft just released cumulative update KB4540673 for all supported Windows 10 versions. i.e, v1903 and v1909. Since both v1903 and v1909 are pretty much the same, both these versions are getting the same cumulative update at the same time. The main focus of this update is to improve security for external devices, internet explorer and the Edge browser. Additionally, Microsoft also made some updates to how it verifies user names and passwords in Windows. Compared to other cumulative updates that are released recently, this is a pretty small update with a handful of quality of life improvements to both Windows 10 versions.
After installing the update, the OS build number will jump to 18362.719 and 18363.719 for v1903 and v1909 respectively. You can directly download the update from the PC Settings by going to “Update & Security → Windows Update” and clicking on the “Check for updates” button.
