Wrapping Up — Changing Account Password on Windows 11
Whether you are using a Microsoft account or a local account, changing the password on Windows 11 is fairly straightforward.
While setting a new password, make sure it is at least 10 characters long, has numbers & special characters, and is easy to remember & type but harder to guess. For example, a good password would be something like “Oceanisn’tpurpl3”. It’s longer than ten characters, has special characters, easier to remember & type but harder to guess.
Additionally, enable PIN protection. It not only makes your login easier but you don’t have to type the password each time.
