Add to that the app is lightweight, minimal, and feature-rich. Unlike YouTube’s official web interface, the video playback UI is clean and to the point without any distractions. If you are like me who likes to watch videos while doing other work, there is also a picture-in-picture mode.
Other features of myTube include but not limited to the ability to download videos to local disk, channel notifications, ability to show a warning when playing on mobile data, ability to separate myTube history from the actual YouTube history, private mode and TV mode for a distraction-free watching experience.
There is also a new feature called Rooms where you can watch YouTube videos with your buddies at the same time. All you have to do is, create a room and share the password so that others can join the room.

Additionally, along with Windows 10, Perfect Tube also supports HoloLens and Windows Hub.

One thing I really like about Awesome Tube is that it doesn’t have any special settings page. All the required options are arranged neatly and logically where they are needed. Add to that, Awesome Tube is completely free, and the developer is actively working to add new features as and when needed.
Awesome Tube’s features include picture-in-picture mode, ability to download videos to your local disk, pin active video to the window to explore the app and other videos without pausing the video, sperate pages for subscriptions, trending and your library, support for live video streams and live chat, etc.

Additionally, all the playlist details, video descriptions, comments, and related videos are neatly arranged in tabs on the right sidebar.
One of the interesting features of 4K Player is that it has daily updated categories depending on genres and popularity. You can think of them as curated videos. If you want to, you can browse through these categories to find interesting videos.
Other features of the app include background music playback, location-specific YouTube charts, ability to search for music, etc.
